Smitty, congradulations on your decision.
Savor the journey, it's so worth it! My wife and I just got home from
a dinner flight a few minutes ago. Picture this, smooth air at dusk,
music playing on the Sirius Sat Radio, 70 degree air coming in the
vents into your face, 164 knot groundspeed, and then slowly the vasi
lights start to show themselves to you. As the wheels search for the
runway there is nothing else in the world. It is only you and the
plane you built in your garage. There are few things this neat in
life, so welcome aboard.
