I just finished my second tank this morning...ahhh.
I learned a few survival techniques:
1 Popsicle Sticks – great for mixing, shoot the guy
who told us to use them for spreading ProSeal. I used
a suggestion from someone’s web site, trim the
bristles on those cheap small metal paint brushes, and
paint the goop on, twice as fast and much neater.
2 Small work sessions. I sealed 2 to 3 ribs at a
time, this allowed a leisurely pace, less stress, and
a clean and complete seal.
Delrin clamps - Todd Rudberg was kind enough to send
me his awesome tank baffle clamps, now that I am done
I will pass them along to the next poor soul who
requests them for the tank seal process...
Happy gooping...
