One missing point.... You will need a 3/8 inch drill, so don't buy a 1/4
inch.

Your drill speed is going to be determined by your air pressure. Get an air
drill from Cleveland or Avery, along with a swivel regulator that you have
at the end of your hose and you will be good to go.

Kevin,
I have a very good miniature air drill, but it very seldom gets pulled off
the rack. My personal preference is a 12-14 volt battery drill with a very
sensitive trigger that allows you to start rivet drill outs :>). I would
also buy one or two of the two speed battery variety (throw aways from Home
Depot $15-20 a peice) and keep a #30 and #40 bit in them so you don't change
bits so often. Dragging an air hose around over you soft alclad is not a
real good idea.
