Does anyone have a source for K1100-04 nutplates (anchor nuts)?
These are the countersunk nutplates for the smaller #4 screws. Do
they even make them? I can't find them in any of the standard
suppliers catalogs. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Oops, these are flat, not countersunk. Sorry.

How thin is the material you are going to use this with? A #4 screw has a
very shallow c/s requirement.

Thanks Rob. The skin thickness will vary up to .025.
