Hi,
I'm currently sorting the TruTrak servo for the right wing and am looking
for a little guidance. The mini push rod needs to be connected to both the
servo arm and the bell crank. What is the standard washer configuration for
a rod end bearing. I've seen a number of options but I'm currently looking
at:
For the servo: Bolt in vertically downwards, bolt head, -3, rod end, -3,
Servo arm, -10, Nylock
For the bell crank: Bolt in vertically downwards, bolt head, bell crank,
spacer, -3, rod end, -3, Nylock

Do I need any additional -10 (or -10L) between the rod end and either
the -3's or the -3 and the Nylock?
Second question, with regard to mounting of the servo itself. The four
corners are fully tapped for AN3's. I'm currently plan on using a bolt from
bottom to top with the support and a -10 plus Nylock on the top for
clearance reasons. Is this the best option or would a shorter full threaded
bolt vertically downwards be better?
(All nuts are currently working (non-nylock) nuts)
Thanks in advance,
Carl
