DOES anyone have an opinion of system/support? is the
company going to be around for support?

I can personally say that I've had good support from Blue Mountain.
I enjoy the fact that I can send an email directly to the developer
and get an answer back almost immediately. Same thing goes for a
phone call.
Don't expect to pull the EFIS/One out of the box and install it
without SOME assistance from someone else who has installed one or
from the company. It is a complex and powerful system by design,
including all flight instruments, engine instruments, GPS
navigation, autopilot, integration with radios, etc..
Will Blue Mountain be around in the future? Anyone can speculate
but nobody knows for sure if ANY company will be around in the
future. Competition can and has toppled some companies that you
would have thought were unstopable. You need to make the decision
that YOU'RE comfortable with.
