I see two rubber channels on the Van's website. One is 12'
long (for the wings) and the other is 4' long (for the Horizontal
stabilizer). Are these identical pieces of molding in shape?

These have the same cross section. Just two different item numbers
in the shipped kit.
I trimmed the 'tail' off my strips a couple days ago.
