i got to go to midland oklahoma probably next week (next good 2-day vfr
window) and im going to a private strip east of town called twin lakes.
anybody on this list live there and/or got hangar room for a -8
overnighter? just curious, would like to meet other rv-ators if
possible. can you buy gas there? if not, where can i stop east and
south that has cheap gas or mogas?

Hey Doug & Mitchell,
Can you guys or someone else with some hanger room at Twin Lakes help out Bob G with an overnight stay for his RV8? If so, respond to the vansairforce email address above and Bob will get it.
Shawnee Ok (KSNL) is 16 miles SE of Twin Lakes (2ok2), but gas is around 2.80 a gallon Goldsby (1K4) is about 15 miles due south of Twin Lakes and their gas is about 2.25. Don't know about mogas.
There is a -9a , -10, and -4 under construction on the field, Another 9a and 7a a few miles off site.
