Hello all,
Any help out there on tow bars? There is a a drainage channel in
front of my hanger and I'm having trouble pushing my airplane
backwards at an angle over it without kinking the nosewheel. What
tow bars work with the pressure revovery wheel pants?
Thanks,
Bryan

Any tow bar from ACS or WagAero work that are for 6A, 7A , 8A, 9A, basically "A" series RV aircraft.

Check with Bogert. Their tow bar works just fine with my 6A. You do
have to be careful inserting it to avoid scratching the nose wheel
pant though.

yeah, I'm thinking about enlarging the holes just to avoid that
problem. the tow bar works well, though.

I cut the ends off my tow bar and re welded them so there was more space between the arms, this pretty much eliminates the rub on the wheel pants. You may also have to slightly bend the upper part of the arm to allow for the extra wide opening.
