What you have done in the picture should work quite well with the addition of a worm-screw type hose clamp like these:

and blow the dynamic port to see the good tube (it's the front tube)

answer from Dynon (Nick Borgner):
There are small drain holes in both pitot and AOA lines that are not
intended to be sealed. They are not just the holes you can see from the
outside of the tube, but are inside the chamber and are not accessible to
seal for your leak test. We recommend that you perform a test just above the
probe for the rest of your system.
